Perio-Aesthetic Treatment With Frenectomy and Crown Lengthening: A Case Report

Background: High frenum attachment has a detrimental effect on periodontal tissue and esthetics. adhesion to the frenulum can lead gingivitis central diastema, which are indications for frenectomy. A better oral aesthetic appearance improves overall personality self-confidence when smiling. Short clinical crown is often patient complaint, one of causes being altered passive eruption.
 Objective: To describe correction high with frenectomy eruption crown-lengthening surgery ostectomy.
 Case Report: 23-year-old presented periodontics clinic Dental Oral Hospitals Gadjah Mada University (RSGM UGM), complaints short front teeth difficulty in cleaning maxillary anterior region. The management was done by frenectomy, followed lengthening using scalpel.
